Cancellation Policy

• 48 HOURS notice for cancellation is REQUIRED. IF you cancel MORE than 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, you will be able to use your deposit towards your rescheduled service. By providing adequate time, this ensures that I am able to f ill your spot with another service by someone who may want or need the appointment. I do understand that emergencies come up and/or events that are out of our control. In this type of event, I, the artist, will use my discretion regarding deposits and rescheduling services.

• NO SHOWS WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL PRICE OF THE SERVICE. If you do not cancel your appointment by the required 48-hour cancellation time, or in case of a NO SHOW, you will be charged the full amount of the service. My time is valuable and so is yours, so please be respectful. This is non-negotiable.

• Please plan to arrive 20 minutes prior to your appointment time. There will be paperwork for you to fill out and sign before any services can be started. I want to ensure that you have time before your appointment to make yourself comfortable. Running late compromises the amount of time that I am able to o er to spend on your service, which in turn compromises your results. In the event that you are running more than 30 minutes late to your appointment, this will be considered a NO SHOW. Please see above for NO SHOW policy. I will not be able to fill this appointment time with another client.
